Now that the last surveys are submitted, results analysed and the final report submitted to UNDP, the time has come to reflect back on the programme.
While there were some challenges, such as collecting data in a low connectivity environment, these were overcome, to produce high quality data on the perceptions of peace building in the Solomon Islands. This dataset will provide a valuable basis for future research.
This project also provided Akvo the opportunity to test out a new approach to monitoring incoming data, and to better support our partners in tracking their sampling using Akvo Lumen.
While this project is coming to a close, it doesn’t mean the end for our partnership. Akvo (and I personally) am excited to continue to look for opportunities to work together with Sustineo and APR in the future.
